Un peu de soleil pour l’apéro : une tarte façon pissaladière comme à Nice (pardon pour les puristes… !)

Pate brisée
130g de farine de petit épeautre
65g de beurre
Eau sel
Mélanger la farine et le beurre pour avoir une consistance sablonneuse. Ajouter un peu d’eau et mettre la pâte en boule. Fariner la pâte et laisser au fridge pour deux heures.
Au bout de ce temps, étaler la pâte et foncer un moule beurré.
Remettre au fridge pour deux heures.
2 oignons pelés et coupés en très fines lanières
10 olives noires dénoyautées
3 anchois
1 œuf
20cl de crème fleurette
Dans une poêle avec de l’huile d’olive faire cuire doucement les oignons pendant une dizaine de minutes
Déposer sur la pâte les oignons refroidis les olives
Dans un bol fouetter l’œuf avec la crème fleurette; verser sur la pâte. Ajouter les anchois coupés en petits morceaux
Enfourner à four chaud 250° en chaleur tournante pour une vingtaine de minutes (à surveiller) ; se déguste aussi tiède ou froid.
PISSALADIERE “LIKE IN NICE” SAVOURY TART
Dough
130g of flour
65g butter

10 black olives
3 anchovies
1 egg
20cl whipping cream
In pan with live oil cooked at medium heat the chopped onions during 10 minutes ; let it cool.
On the dough drop the copped onions and add the black olives
In a bowl whisk the egg with the cream; pour over the dough. Add the anchovies cut in small pieces
Bake in hot oven 250 ° for about twenty minutes (to watch); also be enjoyed warm or cold.
