Pate brisée
130g de farine
65g de beurre
QS de graines de lin
Eau sel
Mélanger la farine et le beurre pour avoir une consistance sablonneuse. Ajouter les graines de lin, un peu d’eau et mettre la pâte en boule. Fariner la pâte et laisser au fridge pour deux heures.
Au bout de ce temps, étaler la pâte et foncer un moule beurré.
Remettre au fridge pour deux heures.
1 petite boite de cœur d’artichaut au naturel
Quelques tomates cerises
1 morceau de parmesan râpé à la microplane
1 œuf
20cl de crème fleurette
Sur le fond de tarte déposer les artichauts égouttés et coupés en petits morceaux, ajouter les tomates cerises coupées en morceaux et ajouter le parmesan fraichement râpé
Dans un bol fouetter l’œuf avec la crème fleurette; verser sur la pâte.
Enfourner à four chaud 250° en chaleur tournante pour une vingtaine de minutes (à surveiller) ; se déguste aussi tiède ou froid.

1 egg
20cl whipping cream

In a bowl whisk the egg with the cream; pour over the dough.
